It could have been a friend of a friend or maybe drugs were involved? They do not give out any information about the step dad that he really knows anything or if he knows where the kid is. Something sounds strange. Maybe it was the real Dad? He seemed emotionless when the mother was pleading for her son’s return! I do not think they are giving us all the info or good info!
